Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university;
- Minimal of 2-3 years experience in regulatory compliance, corporate licensing or industrial legal practice;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Proficient in English;
- Strong understanding of administrative, environmental, trade, shipping, and industrial regulations (OSS, KLHK, ESDM, ATR/BPN);
- Experienced in drafting, reviewing, revising, and preparing legal documents, as well as providing legal advice;
- Ability to analyze facts, identify legal and compliance issues, and provide proper recommendations in accordance with regulations;
- Integrity, initiative and professionalism under tight deadlines;
- Willing to be placed in Head Office (Jakarta).
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing, and ensuring company compliance with all applicable laws, permits, and reporting obligations;
- Coordinate closely with Legal Division to integrate regulatory considerations into company transactions and operations, as well as for preparing legal opinions focused on regulatory or compliance matters;
- Handles license and permit applications, renewals, and updates in accordance with relevant government systems and agencies;
- Tracks new or amended regulations, prepares compliance summeries, and communicates key updates to relevant departments;
- Assists in conducting internal compliance audits and identifying potential legal or regulatory risks;
- Establishing internal compliance frameworks, reporting templates, and awareness programs.
