Job Description

  • Provide legal opinions for legal issues and disputes
  • Draft and implement policies related to legal agreements, compliance, and risk management
  • Provide recommendations based on regulations and compliance
  • Prevent and mitigate legal disputes efficiently to minimize costs and impact
  • Develop and communicate procurement strategies and long-term plans for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Oversee vendor selection, procurement processes, and contract management
  • Mitigate procurement risks through data analysis and control strategies
  • Set and monitor budgets to ensure cost efficiency
  • Manage office and facilities (general affairs), including administration, security, infrastructure, and maintenance
  • Establish and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or Business Administration
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of legal frameworks, corporate governance, procurement strategy, and facilities management
  • Comprehensive business knowledge
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience as a legal advisor in a business environment
  • Excellent communication skills
