**About us**

We are looking for an experienced VP - Financial Institutes (BD) to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an overall strategic business plan to aggressively advance targeted goals and objectives to promote revenue, profitability, and growth of our mortgage business.
- Oversee execution of all functions relative to Sales (internal and external), Buss Delivery, Marketing, Products, and tech.
- Responsible for operations to insure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effectiveness and management of resources. Have knowledge of the overall defined areas of responsibility.
- Manage the development and training for direct reports through motivation and support.
- Ensure compliance with the various regulations implemented in Indonesia also administered within the responsibilities of this position. Joined any association related to finance (not only mortgage) which could extend reach to potential clients and government (Central bank, Ministry of Finance, OJK)
- Recommend process improvements and implement internal policies and procedures, which increase efficiency and provide a higher return business.
- Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the ELT and other leaders' team.

**Qualifications**:

- Effective leadership abilities and a proven record of accomplishment in working within an executive management team to develop a strategy that will deliver results aligned with both the organization's vision and the business plan for 99 Group’s financial business.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills to effectively coach employees to success as well as communicate with ELT, management, staff, members, and outside business clients.
- Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative in business solutions with high ethical standards and trustworthy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to ensure that all aspects and legal ramifications of a situation are considered before appropriate action is taken.
- Ability to work as a team member when necessary, independently using discretion in decision-making and sound judgment in problem-solving.
- Present a professional, courteous image when interacting with members, co-workers, ELT, management, and other teams.
- Act as a change agent, who can collaborate with diverse interests and adapt to changes within the work responsibilities, whether internal, market or regulatory-driven.

**Education/Experience**
- Undergraduate degree (Preferred MBA)
- 12 or more years of experience with at least 5 years of progressive management experience or combination of education and experience
- Have networks with key stakeholders in the majority banks in Indonesia
- Comprehensive and solid understanding of financial services with expertise in the mortgage or other consumer product
- Previous experience leading product and delivery channels
- Experience in setting individual goals and objectives and establishing performance criteria
