We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to oversee our marketing initiatives and lead the team in executing impactful campaigns. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven project management and team leadership capabilities.
  • Highly creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee content creation, production, and publishing across digital channels.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns while fostering effective collaborations and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain social media communities, ensuring consistent engagement and positive brand interaction.
  • Conduct data analysis and performance reporting to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership, coordination, and guidance to the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
