About the role

As a Marketing Operations Supervisor at PT Super Dry Marine, you will oversee day-to-day marketing activities for our products. Based in Central Jakarta, you will manage customer leads, social media, events, marketing materials, and sales reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively support the company's goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Lead Marketing Operations: Oversee daily marketing activities to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  2. Manage Customer Leads: Collect, process, and analyze leads data to support the sales team and improve follow-up effectiveness.
  3. Drive Social Media Presence: Plan, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms; track engagement and brand awareness.
  4. Coordinate Events & Exhibitions: Serve as the main point of contact with organizers, manage booth setups, logistics, and post-event reporting.
  5. Procure Marketing Tools & Merchandise: Ensure promotional items, brochures, and catalogs are procured on time, within budget, and maintained in inventory.
  6. Analyze Sales Trends: Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights and monthly dashboards for management and marketing teams.
  7. Improve Marketing Processes: Recommend operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and performance.

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or project management, preferably in B2B.
  3. Proven track record in developing and executing successful multichannel marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
  7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Mandarin is a plus.
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
