1. Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Supervisor at PT. KNS is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end digital marketing activities for the company's beauty brands, including Sachajuan, Specifix, and Lifessence. This role manages social media channels, digital campaigns, content development, and performance reporting to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and overall business growth.

The position requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and close coordination with internal teams, KOLs, agencies, and e-commerce platforms to ensure all digital initiatives are aligned with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.

2. Key Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Supervisor (PT. KNS – Beauty Brands)

a. Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing initiatives for all Beauty Brands under PT. KNS across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms. The role includes managing monthly campaign calendars, KOL activations, product highlights, and brand education activities to support brand growth and awareness.

b. Social Media & Content Management This position oversees content planning, scheduling, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels. It includes coordinating the creation of photo, video, and Reels/TikTok content in collaboration with KOLs, affiliates, and creative partners.

c. Performance Monitoring & Reporting The supervisor tracks key performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, and sales impact. The role includes preparing weekly and monthly reports, analyzing results, and providing recommendations to optimize digital performance.

d. E-Commerce Digital Support The role ensures that digital content aligns with monthly e-commerce objectives and supports creative asset preparation for Shopee, Tokopedia, and affiliate programs. This includes working closely with the e-commerce team to ensure consistency and effectiveness across platforms.

e. Team Coordination & Leadership The supervisor provides guidance to junior team members or trainees and ensures smooth workflow and timely delivery of all digital requirements. Collaboration with sales, creative, and e-commerce teams is essential to support integrated campaign execution.

3. Job Specification – Digital Marketing Supervisor


• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.


• 4–5 years' experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.


• Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.


• Proven ability in content production (Reels/TikTok), campaign planning, and KOL collaboration.


• Strong understanding of digital metrics, insights, and analytics tools.


• Proficient in Meta Business Suite & TikTok analytics; basic paid ads knowledge is a plus.


• Good creative sense: content direction, captioning, visual storytelling.


• Strong communication, project management, and multitasking skills.


• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.


• Strong ownership and accountability.


• Adaptable, collaborative, and open to feedback.


• Up-to-date with beauty trends and digital/social media trends.
