Job Description:

  • Build and maintain relationships with building material stores (especially ceramics), offer products, and achieve sales targets.
  • Expand the customer network and manage assigned sales areas effectively.
  • Maintain strong connections with building material stores, negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms beneficial for both parties.
  • Understand product specifications, explain them to customers, and interpret technical drawings related to ceramic installation.
  • Prepare regular reports on visits, sales, and market developments while coordinating with internal teams on stock, delivery, and after-sales services.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Retail in the building materials industry.
  • Possess strong networking and connections with building material master dealer / distributor / pareto stores.
  • Possess strong networking with government contractors, commercial property developers, etc. will be very considered.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings or installation and implementation designs.
  • Willing to travel for business trip to Sumatera & Kalimantan to cover local retail channels.
  • Strong communication skill, negotiation skill, and also target-oriented.
  • Candidate should be willing to work at 
    Meruya, West Jakarta.
