Responsibilities:

  • Establish robust rolling forecast system to ensure business' looking-forward are sensible predictable and controllable.
  • Provide insightful performance analysis and benchmarking to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Drive profitability improvements through customer and product profitability analysis.
  • Offer strategic financial advice to the VP commercial and senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Lead and manage business improvement projects that enhance financial and operational performance.
  • Prepare and evaluate business cases to support sound investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Optimize capital allocation to ensure efficient use of financial resources and support sustainable growth.
  • Ensure compliance with financial governance, policies, and reporting standards across all planning and analysis activities.

Qualification and/or experience required:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance background
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related financial and related field
  • Possess excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt in high level environment

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Master degree in Finance or ACCA /CPA active membership
  • Minimum 3 years' exposure in Managerial level
  • Hands on Finance and Commercial Strategy to support Business Objectives
  • Having various Finance and Accounting challenges and exposure from many industries
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to enhance reporting, visualization, and communication of financial insights.
