Job Description
Financial Planning and Forecasting:

  • Conduct overall business forecast (business target, budget planning, headcount planning)
  • Manage end to end budgeting process, ensuring the budget aligns to the business direction and stakeholder's needs
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.

Business Performance, Budget Monitoring And Analysis

  • Analyze overall business performance and financial results, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the team to understand their financial needs and provide relevant insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping business units to make informed financial decisions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise and strategic support.

Strategic Support

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce is preferable
  • Strong executional abilities and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google workspace platform (Google Meet, Doc, Sheets, Forms, and Slides)
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in English
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environment
  • Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally
