Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Reminder Fleet Staff in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing and executing service reminder activities to ensure customers are informed of upcoming vehicle servicing. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer records, ensuring timely communication of service reminders, assisting in resolving customer queries, and supporting the sales and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for service reminders.
  • Effective Communication skills to professionally interact with customers and team members.
  • Proven Customer Service experience with a focus on providing positive customer interactions.
  • Basic understanding of Sales and Finance operations related to service management.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet customer needs and service timelines.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and data management tools.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry or fleet management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
