About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Metal Component Inventory Specialist Staff to join our dynamic team at PT KAPIT MAS'. As a full time employee based in Denpasar, Bali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and tracking of our metal component inventory, supporting the overall operations of our manufacturing, transport and logistics business.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all metal components in our inventory, using specialist inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular stock takes and audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies
  • Coordinate with production, procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required metal components
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels and make recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of inventory control procedures and policies
  • Provide support in the receiving, storage and distribution of metal components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory visibility and efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Min. Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain, Metallurgy, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar inventory management or warehousing role, preferably with precious metal/jewellery/ high-value goods
  • Advanced excel (privot tables, VLOOKUP) for data reconciliation
  • Familiar with ISO 9001/LBMA standard is a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail (99,9% accuracy required)
  • Ability to follow strict security protocols
  • Strong communication for cross-department coordination
  • Physical demand : lift up 25 kg (metal bars/scrap containers)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on inventory data
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant technologies
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and priorities tasks effectively
