Role Description
Responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing relationships with key national customers across modern trade. This full-time, on-site role focuses on executing national sales strategies, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and maximizing product visibility and availability.
Qualifications
a. Proven experience managing national or modern trade independent key accounts (FMCG/Beverage preferred).
b. Strong negotiation skills, including trading terms, joint business planning, and promotional agreements.
c. Ability to translate business goals into actionable account strategies.
d. Solid analytical skills; proficient in using data and dashboards for performance tracking.
e. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving category or market share growth.
f. Experience executing customer-specific programs and nationwide promotional activities.
g. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
h. Ability to resolve operational issues, ensure service level compliance, and manage supply flow.
i. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
j. Experience in Modern Trade, Local Key Accounts, or nationwide retail distribution is a strong advantage.
