Job Description:
  • Develop And Manage The Entire Life Insurance Product Portfolio Specifically For Distribution Through Banking Channels, Focusing On Bancassurance.
  • Conduct Market Research And Analysis To Identify Customer Needs And Market Trends, And Use These Insights To Conceptualize And Design New Insurance Products.
  • Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams Including Actuarial, Sales, Marketing, And Operations To Bring New Insurance Products To Market.
  • Create Product Proposals, Outlining The Product Features, Pricing, And Positioning, Ensuring Alignment With The Target Market And Regulatory Requirements.
Job Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in the life insurance industry with a focus on Bancassurance product development.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and the Bancassurance distribution model.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching life insurance products.
  • Ability to perform market analysis and interpret data to drive product development decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and functions.
