: Formulator Body Care Staff

Job Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience as formulator in body care, fragrance, or complexion (cushion / foundation)
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem solving
  • Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects with various deadlines
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Description
:

  • Product Development:
    Design and develop body care product formulas based on market trends and company needs.
  • Formula Documentation:
    Prepare and maintain formulation records, procedures, and test data according to BPOM standards.
  • Production Scale-Up:
    Support formula transfer from lab scale to mass production.
  • Innovation & Trend Monitoring:
    Stay updated with cosmetic trends and innovations for new product development.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with R&D, Production, QA/QC, and Marketing teams throughout product development.
