Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Cikupa for a Formulator. The Formulator will be responsible for developing and optimizing product formulations, conducting research and experiments, and ensuring the technology transfer process from the laboratory to production. Daily responsibilities include working in the lab to develop innovative solutions, compiling comprehensive documentation, and collaborating with the R&D team to achieve product development goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Laboratory Skills, particularly in a product development setting
  • Experience with Formulation and Research processes
  • Knowledge of Technology Transfer procedures
  • Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) methodologies
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing industries or related sectors is a plus
