Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is often preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of consulting methodologies, data analysis, and business strategy.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools and software such as Excel, Tableau, or project management tools.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategic solutions to clients and senior management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain professional connections with clients.
  • Awareness of current industry trends and market challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business operations, change management, and digital transformation.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Experience working in a global team or cross-cultural environment is an added advantage.

Keys Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of impactful and relevant consulting strategies for clients.
  • Identify new opportunities for consulting services and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the company's service offerings.
  • Oversee and ensure the delivery of consulting projects that meet the company's quality standards.
  • Manage consulting teams and support career development for team members.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to junior consultants and project managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level (C-suite) clients.
  • Provide strategic insights to clients and deliver solutions to complex challenges.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through excellent consulting service delivery.
  • Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives in consulting services.
  • Ensure solutions offered align with client needs and market demands.
  • Oversee project reporting and deliver strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Continuously evaluate the impact of solutions provided to clients.
