As the Senior Partner for Indonesia, you will be at the forefront of Hatch Asias expansion into one of Southeast Asias most vibrant markets. Youll spearhead our leadership advisory business, offering tailored leadership solutions and building a strong client portfolio. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on advisory, making it perfect for a seasoned professional with a knack for cultivating senior relationships and delivering high-value solutions.

The Challenges 

Leadership Advisory & Business Growth

  • Lead and develop Hatch Asias leadership assessment and executive search business in Indonesia.
  • Build and execute a strategic plan to establish our market presence and achieve business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new client opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, board members, and senior leaders.
  • Develop and maintain strong networks within Indonesia's key industries, positioning Hatch Asia as a go-to partner for leadership solutions.

Market Expertise & Thought Leadership

  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide insights into leadership challenges specific to Indonesia.
  • Represent Hatch Asia at industry events, seminars, and forums to enhance our brand presence.

What It Takes

  • 10+ years in leadership advisory, executive search, or a senior consulting role.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling a business, ideally in professional services.
  • Deep familiarity with the Indonesian market, including industry trends and key stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Culturally savvy, with the ability to navigate Indonesia's diverse business environment.
  • Passionate about leadership and committed to making an impact.
