As a Sales manager Apparel , you will have the responsibility to fulfill the targets set forth as well as promotion for Company You will set up a team of Sales executives to achieve this goal. The Candidate must have passion in Apparel, Fabrics, Fashions, Trends. This job involves close cross coordination with the Merchandising and Marketing / Design Teams as well as Factories to achieve the set targets. The Candidate will have to have a network of contacts in International brands, local brands, buying houses as well as local traders. Have in depth knowledge of the market, trends, fabrics, fibers, product development and emerging markets and opportunities

Job Descriptions:

Prior experience in a Leadership Role in Sales, preferably in the textile industry -

  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, design and implement incentive schemes
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth based on market trends
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of garment costings, production, BOM and patterns
  • Excellent communication (fluency in English) and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient in MS Office
  • Willing to be placed in South Tangerang
  • Bachelor's degree in any major, especially Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of garment industry is a plus.
  • Self Driven and aggressive in achieving set targets.
  • Excellent English language Skills.
  • Able to conduct presentations to international buyers on our facilities, products, trend forecasts.
  • Want to establish the career and open for more growth opportunities.
  • Willing to work on incentive based remuneration package.
  • Familiar with CRM programs and prior usage is an advantage
  • Working Location Tangerang Selatan.
