You will develop strategic sales plans, achieve revenue targets, cultivate strong client relationships, and position Genetron as a trusted partner in the molecular diagnostics market.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Sales Execution
Recruit, train, and lead a sales team focused on molecular diagnostics (IVD kits and lab services).
- Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to exceed revenue goals.
Drive sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure for hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare providers.
Market Penetration & Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (doctors, lab directors, distributors).
- Collect market feedback to refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and service offerings.
Conduct competitor analysis and adapt tactics to maintain market leadership.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
Develop localized sales strategies aligned with regional healthcare trends and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to optimize customer support and service delivery.
Provide insights to R&D for product improvements and new solutions tailored to Indonesian needs.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to local regulatory standards and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in molecular diagnostics/IVD, with expertise in NIPT, oncology or genetic testing.
- Proven track record in building and leading sales teams to achieve targets.
- Strong network in Indonesia's healthcare sector (hospitals, labs, distributors).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
