About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at PT Tawada Healthcare. This is a full-time role based in our Jakarta office. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and identifying new business opportunities to drive the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business leads and sales prospects within your designated territory
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into new clients
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions to meet client needs
  5. Participate in industry events, conferences and networking activities to generate new business opportunities
  6. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system
  7. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry (medical equipment)
  2. Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  4. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex healthcare solutions
  5. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  7. Willing to be placed at branch offices as required
