Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

  • Memimpin tim cabang
  • Bertanggung jawab mencapai target profitabilitas
  • Membangun jaringan Regional (wilayah Jabodetabek)
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis, membuat promosi penjualan
  • Mengevaluasi kinerja sales, Credit, dan Collection secara berkala

Kualifikasi Jabatan

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Area Manager atau 5 tahun sebagai Branch Manager di industri Multifinance dengan fokus Car Financing.
  • Terampil dalam mengatur strategi sales, credit, dan collections.
  • Memiliki jaringan dan relasi yang luas di wilayah Jabodetabek.
  • Terampil dalam memimpin, berkolaborasi dengan tim serta memiliki integritas tinggi
