We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Project Officer to lead the implementation of PasarMIKRO's digital solutions across multiple agricultural and trade financing projects. This position will support a broad range of commodity and community-based programs involving farmers, collectors, MSMEs, and supply chain partners across Indonesia.

This role requires strong coordination skills, product understanding, user training capabilities, and the ability to build trust with field stakeholders. You will work closely with Product, Tech, Customer Success, Commercial, and external partners to ensure successful adoption, continuous learning, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Implementation & Coordination
  2. Lead day-to-day rollout of programs in Kalimantan, Java, or other regions as required.
  3. Ensure progress aligns with strategic objectives and timelines.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops, CS, Commercial) for seamless execution.
  5. Identify risks or delays and implement mitigation actions.
  6. Prepare progress reports and recommend improvements.
  7. Training & Stakeholder Engagement
  8. Act as the face of the program in the field—building trust with community stakeholders, local leaders, and supply chain partners.
  9. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)
  10. Support & Feedback Loop

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Development Studies, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project or program implementation, preferably in agri-tech, rural development, or supply chain digitization.
  3. Proven experience working with rural communities, artisans, or agricultural producers—preferably in Kalimantan and/or Java.
  4. Strong understanding of mobile/digital technology and willingness to master PasarMIKRO's tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (local dialects a plus).
  6. Comfortable with field-based work, including frequent travel to remote areas.
  7. Experience or interest in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning processes.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with ethical sourcing, traceability, or social compliance standards.
  • Experience working with NGOs, cooperatives, or supply chain partners.
  • Prior experience in digital literacy or financial inclusion projects.
  • Ability to create presentation materials, pitch decks, and marketing tools (strong plus).
