Job Description:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end management of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to project organization, scheduling, and execution.
  4. Maintain close coordination with headquarters to align project strategies, priorities, and expectations.
  5. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues.
  6. Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  7. Ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and best practices in project management.
  8. Act as a liaison between the Beijing and Jakarta teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's degree.
  2. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must.
  3. Working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector is a plus.
  4. A solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, is preferred.
  5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  8. Willing to Work From Office (WFO)
