We're looking for a Project Management Officer who will support our expansion projects for new brands and work closely with various divisions – including outlet crews, marketing, operations, and more.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects for ghost store launches across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, supply chain, and third-party platforms (GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, etc.) to ensure smooth store activation.
- Analyze market potential and prioritize locations for ghost store openings.
- Develop launch plans, timelines, and KPIs for each ghost store project.
- Monitor post-launch performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimization strategies.
- Create SOPs and playbooks to streamline future ghost store rollouts.
- Report progress and performance metrics to the Growth Manager and senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, business development, or operations (F&B or e-commerce experience is a plus).
- Fresh graduates with strong project management skills and a proactive mindset are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving, and results-oriented attitude.
