Qualifications:

  1. Good communication skills (verbal & written).

  2. Strong management competency with basic IT knowledge.

  3. Active or passive computer literacy; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  4. Familiar with Jira, Trello, and Canva is a plus.

  5. Active English proficiency.

  6. Strong interpersonal skills.

  7. Experience in project-related activities (internship, coursework, or training) such as Project Management, SCRUM, Agile, or IT projects (min. 6 months).

  8. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.

  9. Able to work under deadlines and multitask effectively.

  10. Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.

What You'll Do:

  • Create meeting minutes, archive project documents, and prepare weekly status reports.
  • Support project timeline & tracker preparation (Gantt Chart/Jira) and send activity reminders.
  • Schedule internal/external meetings, follow up on action items, and coordinate team accommodation needs.
  • Assist in project planning, monitor deliverables & milestones, and ensure smooth cross-department coordination.
  • Prepare administrative documents & support SOP development related to project planning, monitoring, and documentation.
