  • Oversee and monitor the overall IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic goals, timeline, and budget.
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, templates, and reporting formats across all projects.
  • Track and analyze project performance, risks, issues, and resource utilization to ensure delivery efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Consultants, Developers, and Product Teams to ensure project execution consistency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project governance, delivery efficiency, and team collaboration.

  • Support management in prioritization, resource planning, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or IT Delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with project tracking tools & Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
