Summary

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production area. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in our production processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, waste reduction, and cost management
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review
  • Oversee the implementation of daily, weekly and monthly production plans to meet customer demand and company targets
  • Coordinate with planning and logistics departments to ensure availability of raw materials and proper production timing
  • Ensure that all production processes comply with internal quality standards, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing company (experience in the cable industry is preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Proficiency in production software (e.g., SAP, ERP)
  • Understanding of production processes, manufacturing systems, and related equipment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to apply lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Willing to be placed in Curug, Tangerang
