  • Control material usage, cost efficiency, and production output
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
  • Implement production standards, quality control, and safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in interior or furniture production, including leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of furniture construction, materials, finishing, and production workflow
  • Able to read and interpret shop drawings and production drawings
  • Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Good understanding of cost control and production efficiency
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness
