Job Description:

  • Mengawasi dan memantau proses produksi harian untuk memastikan operasi berjalan lancar dan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku
  • Memastikan produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi standar dan kualitas pengendalian mutu yang telah ditentukan
  • Mengelola SDM di tim produksi, termasuk mengatur shift kerja pembagian tugas dan pengawasan terhadap karyawan
  • Menyusun laporan produksi harian, mingguan dan bulanan serta melaporkan kinerja produksi kepada atasan
  • Menyelesaikan permasalahan teknis atau operational yang terjadi selama proses produksi serta memberikan solusi efektif
  • Bekerja untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dengan megidentifikasi peluang perbaikan dan mengimplementasikan proses yang lebih efisien
  • Mengawasi penerapan prosedur keselamatan kerja di area produksi, serta memastikan karyawan mematuhi aturan kesehatan dan keselamatan

Kualifikasi :

  • Min pendidikan S1 Teknik Industri, Teknologi Pangan atau Perikanan
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja min. 3 Tahun di Industri Pengolahan Udang (Shrimp)
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengelola produksi dan mencapai target harian
  • Mampu memantau dan memastikan kualitas produksi sesuai dengan standar perusahaan dan regulasi yang berlaku (HACCP, ISO 22000, dll)
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership
  • Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan
  • Terbiasa/ bisa bekerja dengan suhu dingin
  • Penempatan di Cikupa, Tangerang
