About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid acquisition campaigns. You will play a key role in driving qualified leads, maximizing ROI, and supporting the company's growth through data-driven marketing strategies.


Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the digital acquisition strategy (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets with a strong ROI focus.
  • Launch, monitor, and analyze multi-channel campaigns (SEA, social ads, display, retargeting).
  • Build, test, and scale high-performing acquisition funnels.
  • Track and report KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative teams (content, design, video) to deliver effective ad assets.
  • Continuously A/B test audiences, messages, and formats to improve performance.
  • Create dashboards and provide clear reporting to management.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years' experience managing high-volume digital campaigns.
  • Strong expertise with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio.
  • ROI-driven mindset with the ability to optimize significant budgets.
  • Strong ad copywriting skills and deep understanding of customer journeys.
  • Previous experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to test new marketing approaches.
