About the Job

We are expanding our marketing capabilities in Bali, and we are seeking a creative, proactive Marketing Specialist with experience in Bali's markets to support campaigns, content, brand growth across multiple ventures, and a solid network in business and creative local community.

Your Mission

From Bali, you will collaborate with international teams across our companies in Spain, South Africa, The Netherlands, and local teams to execute marketing strategies, deliver high-quality content, and engage local audiences. You'll help shape the voice and presence of YOUNG in Bali and across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Create and assist with content production, storytelling, and brand messaging
  • Support social media campaigns, digital marketing, and basic design tasks
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform local strategies
  • Coordinate marketing timelines, deliverables, and campaign assets
  • Prepare reports, insights, and summaries to optimize performance
  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels and ventures
  • Strong network with local knowledge and Bali's creative
  • Collaborate with international teams to execute campaigns efficiently

Who You Are

  • Strong experience in marketing, communications, or content creation, ideally with
  • local market knowledge in Bali
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia is strong a plus
  • Creative, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborator across local and international teams
