Job Summary

The marketing manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that strengthen Seven Stones Indonesia's brand presence across the real estate, investment and business consulting. This role combines strategic thinking with creative execution to attract high-quality leads, build long-term trust with clients, and position Seven Stones Indonesia as a market leader known for integrity, innovation, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Development

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business growth objectives.

· Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms and materials.

· Position Seven Stones Indonesia as a trusted and innovative leader in property, investment, and consulting services.

· Manage the company's marketing budget efficiently and provide periodic performance reports.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

· Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and online advertising.

· Manage the company's website and content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with brand tone.

· Generate qualified leads through digital channels and track performance using analytics and CRM tools.

· Utilize data and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.

3. Content Creation & Communications

· Lead content strategy and storytelling across platforms — website, newsletters, blog articles, press releases, and social media.

· Collaborate to produce visually engaging and informative marketing materials.

· Coordinate with PR partners, media, and influencers to enhance visibility and reputation.

· Support communication efforts related to client success stories, property showcases, investment opportunities, and community initiatives.

4. Market Research & Insights

· Analyze market trends, client behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

· Provide strategic recommendations to management based on market data and performance metrics.

· Stay updated with real estate, investment, and business development trends in Indonesia and globally.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

· Manage and mentor a small marketing team including designers, content creators, and digital specialist.

· Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure integrated marketing execution.

· Build strong internal and external relationships to support campaigns, partnerships, and events.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably within real estate, consulting, or investment industries.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning.

· Proven experience managing campaigns from strategy to execution.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

· Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM, and email automation software.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
