About the Role

We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team for new branch Japanese Restaurant at Fairmont Hotel Senayan by Hakuren Group. In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the restaurant floor. You'll lead and motivate our service team, maintain high standards of guest experience, and contribute to the success of our vibrant Jakarta-based hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee and coordinate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service


• Uphold top standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation across the dining space


• Handle guest enquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency


• Train, mentor, and support servers to continually raise service quality


• Monitor table turnover to maximise efficiency and overall capacity


• Assist management in introducing new initiatives and driving ongoing improvements


• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination


• Keep accurate records and prepare performance reports for floor operations

What We're Looking For


• At least 3 years of experience in floor management or a senior service role within hospitality (5* Hotel or Restaurant)


• Strong leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to inspire a team


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with staff, guests, and management


• Proven problem-solving skills and confidence in making quick decisions


• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory processes


• A passion for hospitality and a drive to keep improving standards
