About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and charismatic Floor Supervisor to oversee and lead the daily operational activities of our restaurant floor. You will be the frontline leader ensuring impeccable service standards are met, operational targets are achieved, and a high-performing service team is developed within an authentic and innovative Indonesian food setting.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

A. Service Operations & Oversight

  1. Daily Operational Supervision: Manage and coordinate all daily front-of-house (FOH) activities, including seating arrangements, reservation management, and service flow, to guarantee a seamless and positive dining experience.
  2. KPI Achievement: Be fully responsible for achieving the Service Department KPIs and Outlet KPIs (such as Customer Satisfaction Score/CSAT, speed of service, average check per guest, and upselling targets).
  3. Service Standards: Ensure all team members adhere to and maintain the highest standards of service, grooming, and etiquette, consistent with the image of a premium Indonesian Food restaurant.
  4. Issue Resolution: Act quickly and professionally in handling customer complaints, feedback, and special requests (complaint handling) to achieve satisfactory resolutions and maintain customer loyalty.

B. Team Management & Talent Development

  1. Leadership and Development (Training, Coaching, Counselling): Lead, train, and provide structured coaching to the service team (Waiters/Waitresses/Captains) regarding the menu, service procedures, and effective upselling techniques.
  2. Performance Management: Conduct team performance evaluations, provide counselling for improvement, and manage daily shift schedules and task allocations.
  3. Talent Development: Be responsible for identifying and developing the potential of team members into Future Leaders (e.g., Captains or Supervisors) through internal talent development programs.
  4. Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Kitchen Team and Supporting Teams (Stewards, Purchasing) to optimize workflow, minimize delays, and ensure product and service consistency.

C. Reporting & Business Performance Analysis

  1. Operational Reporting: Compile and present comprehensive daily and monthly operational reports (including Daily Sales Report, Service Consistency Report, and Operational Logs).
  2. Business Analysis: Analyze Business Performance Reports (covering sales, inventory consumption, and operational costs) to identify trends, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement, maintaining a strong result-oriented focus.
  3. FOH Inventory Management: Ensure control over FOH equipment inventory, tableware, and other supplies, and be responsible for accurate stock opname and minimizing wastage or loss.
Requirements
  • Minimum Education Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
  • Required to have at least 3 years of working experience in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory/Coordinator position within a high-volume fine dining or casual dining restaurant.

  • In-Depth F&B Knowledge: Possess a strong and thorough understanding of F&B Service Standards, product knowledge (especially Indonesian cuisine), and sanitation/hygiene practices (HACCP/Hygiene).

  • Leadership & Managerial Skills: Exhibit excellent managerial skills, strong leadership, and a powerful drive for training, coaching, and counselling (strong in coaching and development).
  • Analysis & Problem Solving: Proficient in operational data analysis and possesses excellent problem-solving and quick, logical decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Professional Attitude: Honest, possess a Good Initiative, dynamic, and maintain a positive Good Attitude.
  • Appearance & Communication: Dress neatly and charismatically. Have excellent and persuasive managerial communication and interpersonal skills, and be Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

  • Proficient in using Ms. Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) for reporting and data presentation.

  • Familiarity and experience using restaurant POS (Point of Sale) Systems and reservation systems.
  • Work Location: Willing to work in the Jadetabek area.
