About the Role

Hakuren Group is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager with a passion for hospitality to join our new branch Japanese Restaurant at Fairmont Hotel Senayan and help shape a thriving work culture in Jakarta. This role is central to supporting our people and culture, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent while creating a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals


• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and internal staff movements


• Maintain and update manpower plans, budgets, and organizational charts


• Foster employee engagement, teamwork, and a supportive workplace culture


• Oversee performance reviews and guide department heads in managing their teams


• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and manage disciplinary matters fairly


• Administer payroll, benefits, compensation reviews, and statutory contributions (e.g., BPJS)


• Design and deliver training and development programs for staff at all levels


• Manage HR documentation, reporting, and internal communications

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


• Minimum of 2 years' HR experience, preferably in hospitality (5* Hotel or Restaurant)


• Good command of English is an advantage


• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in HR software and systems


• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
