Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop engaging, high-impact content (photos, videos, reels, short-form storytelling) for Instagram,YouTube, and other platforms.
  2. Actively appear on camera to share updates, explain projects, and highlight Sungai Watch's mission.
  3. Write strong, compelling captions and storylines in perfect English, matching international standards.
  4. Capture on-ground activities creatively, such as river cleanups, team stories, impact moments, behind the scenes, etc.
  5. Ensure all content reflects Sungai Watch's personality, tone, and purpose.
  6. Stay updated with global content trends and adapt them creatively for Sungai Watch.
  7. Engage with the community and maintain strong brand presence across social channels.

Job Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital storytelling.
  2. Experience working with international brands or global audiences.
  3. Excellent English writing and speaking skills, especially in storytelling and caption writing.
  4. Strong on-camera presence: confident, natural, and energetic.
  5. Proven ability to create engaging short-form content.
  6. Passionate about the environment, sustainability, and social impact.
  7. Willing to live in Bali.
