Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with a strong copywriting background to craft compelling, engaging, and conversion-focused content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and understands how words drive engagement, brand voice, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write high-quality, engaging, and persuasive copy for social media posts, captions, ads, and campaigns
  • Develop content tailored to different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and strategists to create cohesive campaigns
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice across all social channels
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
  • Optimize copy based on performance metrics, trends, and audience insights
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Support paid social campaigns with ad copy that drives conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Copywriter, or similar role
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, persuasive copy, and CTA-driven content
  • Experience writing for different tones, industries, and target audiences
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a marketing or digital agency
  • Basic understanding of SEO and paid social advertising
  • Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
  • Portfolio showcasing social media copy or campaigns
