Note: This is an internal HR leadership role within Elabram, not a client placement. The selected candidate will lead Elabram's own HR organization and people agenda in Indonesia.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and visionary HR Director to lead Elabram's internal human capital strategy and operations in Indonesia.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving organizational excellence, employee experience, and business transformation across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Elabram's business objectives, growth direction, and people-first culture.
- People & Organization Development
Lead initiatives in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development to build a high-performing workforce.
- HR Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and group HR governance standards.
- Performance & Rewards
Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits frameworks that promote productivity and retention.
- Culture & Engagement
Champion a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture through people programs and communication initiatives.
- Executive Partnership
Serve as a strategic business partner to the top management and regional leadership team, providing HR insights and advisory.
- Operational Excellence
Lead and optimize HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
- Transformation & Innovation
Drive HR digitalization, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making to enhance people efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience in HR transformation or change management within dynamic or regional organizations.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
