Description

As an HR Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals.

  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Managing employee relations to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Leading performance management processes and succession planning efforts.
  • Providing guidance and support to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Optimising HR operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.

Profile

A successful HR Director should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG and/or Manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive organisational change.
