Responsibilities:
Memimpin & Mengatur Tim
- Mengarahkan dan mendampingi tim Customer Service & Sales harian.
- Membuat jadwal kerja, memastikan kehadiran, dan membagi tugas dengan rapi.
- Memberi arahan dan pelatihan dasar agar tim bisa melayani pelanggan dengan baik.
Mendorong Penjualan Lewat Layanan Pelanggan
- Membantu tim mengenali peluang
cross-selling
dan
up-selling
. - Menjaga agar target penjualan harian dan bulanan bisa tercapai.
Menjaga Kepuasan Pelanggan
- Menangani keluhan pelanggan yang butuh perhatian lebih.
- Memastikan pelanggan merasa didengar dan puas dengan layanan kita.
Pantau Kinerja & Laporan
- Memantau kinerja tim (respon, kepuasan pelanggan, dan pencapaian target).
- Membuat laporan sederhana tiap minggu/bulan.
Kelola Data & Administrasi
- Memastikan data pelanggan, transaksi dan pembayaran tercatat dengan benar.
- Menjaga kerapian arsip dan dokumen tim Customer Service.
Kolaborasi dengan Tim Lain
- Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing dan operasional untuk promo atau kegiatan pelanggan.
- Menjadi penghubung antara pelanggan dan tim internal untuk memastikan solusi cepat dan tepat.
Qualifications:
- Diploma atau Sarjana (D3/S1) di bidang Komunikasi, Manajemen, atau Pemasaran menjadi nilai tambah.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Customer Service/Sales (lebih disukai yang pernah pegang tim kecil).
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan.
- Komunikatif, sabar, dan bisa jadi panutan buat tim.
- Terbiasa menggunakan sistem atau laporan sederhana (Excel/CRM).
- Punya inisiatif dan tanggung jawab tinggi.
