What You'll Be Doing:

  • Liaise and engage directly with prioritised customers based on the provided data
  • Lead the customer onboarding and explain the importance of the product booster to support increasing customers' listing performance
  • Ensure customer value delivery by managing their account
  • Explain the importance of using Credit product depth.
  • Analyse and present data results in detail.
  • Contribute to research reports and presentations.
  • Gather research data.
  • Achieve target follow-up calls on data depth (product).
  • Regularly update Credit depth data (daily, weekly).

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service or customer success roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Target-driven with analytical skills for data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to build solid customer relationships, work collaboratively, and pay attention to detail and accuracy.
