About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive (Solar Panel) to join our growing team at PT Enerfusion Technology Indonesia, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions. In this full-time role based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our innovative solar panel products and services to a diverse range of customers.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling activities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close deals and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide technical and commercial information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns to deliver tailored solutions
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable sales while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the management team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the renewable energy or solar panel industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of solar panel systems and renewable energy technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and deliver customer satisfaction
