About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join PT. SCHON INDONESIA', a leading company in the sales of workstation or office furniture. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth for the company. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and prospecting new potential clients through various channels
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges
  • Developing and presenting tailored sales proposals and solutions to meet client requirements
  • Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales and marketing strategy
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in new business development or sales, preferably in the sales industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
