In this position, you will be responsible for managing room sales and developing strategies to attract both leisure and business travelers to our esteemed hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize room sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and events organizers to boost occupancy rates
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services
  • Create and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns targeted at specific market segments
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the hotel's visibility and presence in key markets
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive
  • Assist in pricing strategies and inventory management to optimize revenue for the rooms department

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, particularly with focus on room sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to selling
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
