Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

  2. 5–7 years of experience in delivery management, project leadership, or digital transformation.

  3. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Coach, or SAFe are considered an advantage.

  4. Strong Project Management and Analytical & problem solving skills with ability to synthesize complex updates into crisp insights.

  5. Excellent communication and facilitation capability to guide weekly problem solving and escalation discussions.

  6. Proactive, resillent, and comfortable nudging senior stakeholders to maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.

Main Responsibilities


• Consolidate weekly initiative updates


• Collect and synthesize progress updates from initiative owners and workstreams.


• Track Workstream actions from SDU meetings and coordinate with Workstream sponsors and other relevant parties to ensure closure.


• Coordinate and maintain initiative timeline & milestone tracker and push initiative owners to fill bi-weekly update.


• Consolidate and prepare material for all elements of the rigorous weekly Transformation cadence.


• Identify issues and risks, drive resolution


• Surface potential roadblocks for discussion in SDU problem-solving sessions.


• Drive problem-solving discussions for roadblocks (incl. root cause identification) between SDU team and initiative owners and workstreams.


• Escalate critical issues to drive action and enable resolution when issues cannot be resolved within workstreams.


• Drive meetings and prepare materials


• Responsible for the functioning of weekly SDU meetings, ensuring the right topics are discussed.


• Prepare SDU weekly report for follow-up discussions and monitor closure.


• Track action items from follow-up discussions and monitor closure.
