Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.
  • Ensure materials, components, and indirect goods are ordered on time according to production schedules.
  • Monitor supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery, responsiveness) and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
  • Evaluate purchase requests and ensure compliance with company standards, budget, and procurement policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers, especially Chinese-speaking vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years experience
    as supervisor purchasing/procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience handling suppliers from China or Chinese-speaking regions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, cost analysis, and supply chain principles.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing materials (raw materials, components, MRO, spare parts) is an advantage.
  • fluent in english and mandarin is a must
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
