JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a technically skilled and solution-oriented Presales & Network Engineer to support our sales and technical teams in delivering customized networking and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying customer requirements, designing suitable IT solutions, and presenting technical capabilities in line with business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Experience in telecommunications or IT distribution/channel environments.
  • Possess networking certification (e.g., Cisco CCNA) and firewall-related certifications (Barracuda, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Sangfor, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical content clearly and confidently to non-technical and business stakeholders.
  • Must be well-versed in creating and delivering technical and commercial presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide technical consultation.
  • Open to feedback, eager to improve, and able to work collaboratively in cross functional teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored networking, wireless, satellite, and firewall solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, live demos, simulations, and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions for prospects and clients.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, BOMs, diagrams, and tender documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure technical alignment during handover from presales to implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and clarify customer queries during pre-sales engagements.
  • Participate in technology research, evaluations, and the design of innovative solutions that meet market demand.
  • Ensure all pre-sales activities align with internal standards, certification requirements, and project timelines.
