Kova Class adalah perusahaan pendidikan online di Indonesia dengan fokus utama pada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Seiring dengan berkembangnya bisnis, kami membuka kesempatan untuk bergabung dengan tim sebagai HR / Human Resources. Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab atas manajemen sumber daya manusia perusahaan, mendukung stabilitas dan pertumbuhan tim.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, from formulating effective hiring strategies to managing job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Ensure timely acquisition of top talent aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Create and manage the file of employees, oversee all employee life-cycle processes, including on-boarding, off-boarding, regularization, and internal transfers. Ensure that all HR-related documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and improvement of HR policies and compensation. Supervise the enforcement of these policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and social security provisions (aligned with local laws) to ensure employees' rights are upheld.
- Organize and implement comprehensive training programs based on business needs and employee growth, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
- Monitor employee well-being, resolve workplace conflicts, and address employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment. Ensure a strong culture of collaboration and trust.
- Work closely with local and international colleagues to ensure the smooth transmission of HR policies. Be a key partner to leadership in solving HR-related challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related fields. Advanced qualifications (e.g., HR certification) are a plus.
- Previous HR experience and familiarity with recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. Familiar with relevant HR laws, regulations, and policies. Experience in the online education or tech industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and ensure no information discrepancies.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar office software.
- Passionate about the online education industry with a strong desire to contribute to the development of the online education industry.
Tanggung jawab utama:
- Bertanggung jawab atas proses rekrutmen perusahaan, termasuk menyusun rencana rekrutmen, memposting lowongan, menyaring CV, dan mengatur wawancara, untuk memastikan perusahaan mendapatkan talenta yang tepat.
- Menangani administrasi karyawan, seperti onboarding, resign, promosi, mutasi, serta mengelola arsip karyawan dan memastikan informasi HR akurat dan lengkap.
- Membantu menyusun dan menyempurnakan sistem dan prosedur manajemen SDM perusahaan, seperti sistem absensi, evaluasi kinerja, serta memantau pelaksanaannya.
- Mengelola gaji dan tunjangan karyawan, termasuk perhitungan gaji, pengurusan BPJS atau program sosial lainnya sesuai kebijakan setempat, serta distribusi tunjangan untuk menjamin hak-hak karyawan.
- Menyelenggarakan pelatihan karyawan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan, menyusun rencana pelatihan, dan melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi karyawan.
- Memantau kondisi kerja dan kebutuhan karyawan, mengoordinasikan hubungan karyawan, menangani keluhan dan perselisihan tenaga kerja, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis.
- Menjalin komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang baik dengan rekan kerja lokal Indonesia maupun China, menyampaikan kebijakan HR secara tepat, serta mengoordinasikan penyelesaian masalah HR lintas departemen.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal lulusan S1, jurusan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, Psikologi, atau bidang terkait diutamakan. Kualifikasi tambahan (misalnya sertifikasi HR) menjadi nilai plus.
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang HR, familiar dengan proses rekrutmen, hubungan karyawan, dan manajemen talenta. Pengalaman di industri pendidikan online atau teknologi menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mahir berbahasa Mandarin, mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif lintas tim dan memastikan tidak ada kesalahan informasi.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Memiliki integritas tinggi, menjaga kerahasiaan, serta perhatian terhadap detail.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office atau software sejenis.
- Memiliki minat yang tinggi terhadap industri pendidikan online dan motivasi kuat untuk berkontribusi dalam pengembangan industri pendidikan online.
Work Time: 6 days a week (schedule adjusted based on course demand)
