Moladin is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist at Moladin, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources within our rapidly growing company. You will have the opportunity to work alongside passionate professionals who are driven by innovation and excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update the employee database to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, securing necessary budget approvals and executing planned activities.
- Organize and coordinate internal or external training programs for employees.
- Manage and maintain employee training records and databases.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, such as leaves and compensation, and assist in resolving any employee issues or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- ** A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist is preferred.**:

- ** Proven experience in organizing employee engagement activities and facilitating training programs.**:

- Having knowledge of employment or labor law is a plus.
- Good communication, good interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
