Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare cooking ingredients.

2. Cook food according to the SOP that has been made.

3. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety.

4. Collaborate with the kitchen team.

5. Manage stock of raw materials and kitchen equipment..

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualification :

1. Proven work experience as a Cook Helper / Steward or in a similar role

2. Able to cook both Indonesia and International Cuisine

3. Proven experience helping in kitchen settings
4. Demonstrated interest in food preparation and kitchen operations

5. The ability to safely use kitchen equipment's and appliances
6. Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
7. Good work ethic and teamwork attitude
8. Good time management skills
9. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible time to work
10. Responsible and reliable person
11. Easy to learn new recipes
